About Kionna
Through my work, I strive to consistently and regularly make a positive difference in the lives of the people around me.

“By the grace of God, I am what I am”
“You may encounter many defeats, but you must not be defeated. In fact, it may be necessary to encounter defeats, so you can know who you are, what you can rise from, how you can still come out of it.”

Kionna Garner is the Founder of Garner Heart to Heart Connections, LLC, an emerging organization created to Empower, Equip, and Expand through partnership and realignment. Kionna is a Consultant, Life Builder, and Inspirational Speaker who has transformed her professional and personal experiences into principles she uses to help people who are determined and willing to succeed in walking in wholeness and realigning with their purpose.
She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Syracuse University, where she studied Professional Development and Organizational Leadership. A proud Syracuse native, Kionna was born and raised in the city she continues to serve. She shares life with her husband—they’ve been together since their teenage years, a journey shaped by perseverance, growth, and shared transformation. Together, they have three children and are blessed with grandchildren.
Kionna’s ultimate goal is to serve and inspire others, as she is a firm believer in the sayings “iron sharpens iron” and “we are helpers one to another.” To get the most out of our life’s journey, we must continually develop and build upon ourselves, viewing each block we use to build ourselves up as a lesson learned. Garner Heart to Heart Connections, LLC helps to turn the lessons learned into the building blocks that help us lead purposeful and successful lives.
